La tua opportunità:
Nel ruolo di Facility specialist entrerai a far parte dell’area Supply Chain e ti occuperai di supportare il manager nella gestione degli edifici e delle infrastrutture aziendali.

Il tuo contributo:
Come membro del team, ti verranno affidate le seguenti attività:

Programmazione delle attività di manutenzione conformemente agli standard aziendali ed ai requisiti normativi;
Redazione dei capitolati tecnici e richieste di quotazione verso fornitori;
Controllo dell’esecuzione di servizi ed opere necessarie al fine di prevenire le criticità nonché gestione di guasti e imprevisti, discernendo tra urgenze e gestione ordinaria;
Gestione programmazione e monitoraggio delle manutenzioni impiantistiche (Meccaniche, elettriche, etc.);
Pianificazione e verifica del piano degli interventi programmati;
Supporto al Facility Manager per la qualifica dei fornitori esterni e per la verifica dei contratti necessari ed in essere;
Supporto al Facility Manager per la stipula di contratti;
Gestione di progetti di rinnovo degli spazi aziendali, progetti speciali;
Mappatura degli spazi di lavoro e calcolo dei relativi indicatori, manutenzione di database e corretta archiviazione di file e progetti, censimenti e inventario;
Progetti di Sostenibilità ed Energy Management (verifiche dei consumi, etc.);
Supporto al HSE al fine di minimizzare i rischi per l’azienda e per i dipendenti.

Il tuo profilo:
I requisiti per ricoprire l’offerta di lavoro come Facility Specialist sono:

Laurea ad indirizzo tecnico-gestionale (Gestione del costruito, Ingegneria Civile/Edile, Ingegneria meccanica, Ingegneria gestionale)
Preferibile precedente esperienza di 1-2 anni in ambito tecnico – gestionale
Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office
Piena padronanza ed autonomia di utilizzo dello strumento AutoCAD
Preferibile conoscenza della lingua inglese
Elevata propensione al problem solving
Ottime capacità organizzative e di pianificazione
Buona predisposizione alle relazioni.
